Thank you to Uniting and Molnlycke for inviting me to present to a very motivated and dedicated team of RNs.

When I think of so many of our aged residents, I am reminded of the quote by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross :

“The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and have found their way out of those depths.”
