Congratulations Ellie Lindsay

Our dear friend and mentor, Ellie Lindsay, has just been given a Lifetime Achievement Award by the World Union of Wound Healing Societies for her outstanding accomplishments relating to the founding and on-going function of the Lindsay Leg Club Foundation. The Leg Club model has provided a mechanism for improving access to health care and concurrently reducing the impact of social isolation for those individuals who experience lower leg wounds. This model has expanded beyond the borders of the UK and now has a presence in numerous countries around the world.

Congratulations Ellie. Thank you for your dedication, generosity and inspiration.
